Its been a busy summer for the 3 Counties Civil Engineering team. 3CCE have constructed a second 14 meter span steel framed vehicular bridge over the Black Water River at Hawley Meadows. Now there is sufficient access to the SANG it is possible to properly manage the site, encourage biodiversity and improve flood defences. We were appointed to replace a failing sewage treatment plant at a school in Hampshire. The project presented a unique challenge due to the limited space available on-site — requiring careful planning and precise execution. The new sewage treatment plant is fully operational ready for the new school year and provides the school with a reliable, low-maintenance solution for wastewater management. The installation was completed on time and with minimal disruption, despite the challenges posed by the restricted working area. ​ ​
3 Counties team members joined Circular11 at Boscombe Pier gathering waste and data to be reported to the Marine Conservation Society. The event had a great turn out and over 1300 cigarette butts were collected in a couple of hours!Circular11 is a Dorset based company that takes plastic which doesn't get recycled and turns it into low carbon products, we look forward to getting involved in more of their events.
